I’m having a blast this week hosting a time of training and vision casting with leaders from Central Europe, many of which are on my team. It’s the first time I’ve been able to revisit some of the training materials I used in North Germany as we did our front-line work there, and it has been a joy to not just remember how these biblical truths changed the lives of our friends in Hamburg, but to also see these catalytic leaders from Central Europe have “ah ha” moment after “ah ha” moment around simple, biblical principles that can revolutionize their work. It’s a restorative thing to hear brothers and sister who have been doing the work for decades dream of the possibility of reigniting (or maybe even igniting for the first time) effective work in their fields intended to bring meaningful access to the Gospel AND engage the whole body of Christ. Pray with us for these leaders and missionaries as they wrap up and head home tomorrow; pray they will actually follow-through with what God laid on their hearts this week.

Shouldn’t it be simple?
We have some measurements for the things we put into practice here in our work. Too often, as we search after something revolutionary to reach the world we live in,
